A little over two and a half hours until the ping pong balls start bouncing...

 

This is without a doubt the biggest day of the past decade for the Boston Celtics. After the ping pong balls screwed us over and Duncan ended up in black and silver instead of the beloved green and white, Celtics fans have dreaded the word "lottery" ever since. Tonight, a dynasty can be reborn with the acquisition of the #1 or #2 pick in this year's draft. Durant or Oden would both be unbelievable additions to next year's team and for seasons to come, joining an already potent frontcourt with Paul Pierce and Al Jefferson. But let's not get ahead of ourself as there is under a 40% chance of getting either the first or second pick, so it's far from guaranteed.

 

Well, tonight is the night that I've been waiting for months and a night that can turn this subpar franchise into a dynasty quicker than the bounce of a ping pong ball.
