Sorry for the early start, but I wanted to get my mojo in here before someone else jumped in...

 

So yeah, last night sucked but it happens. Papelbon's pissed...the Sox are pissed...let's win again. Just win, you bunch of whores. GO SOX!

Every great closer in baseball blows a save every now and again! Can't hold that against him. Tito still has great confidence in this kid. The thing is Papelbon doesn't let a blown save get to him, he always bounces back! Tonight will be a great game for Beckett and the Sox!

Tito was just on WEEI and says Cora is at second tonight and Drew is penciled back in the lineup after "flu-like" symptoms last night.

I went to the game last year where Beckett pitched against Oakland and he got absolutely lit up. Hopefully he remembers that night very clearly and goes out there and absolutely dominates their weak offense.
