But they didn't mention the fact that this guy can play SS. They said Lowell is leaving, etc., but this guy was a gg SS and that is a huge part of his value which the Yankees aren't even tapping.

I was pretty happy last night with Kruk, Baker and the baseball tonight guy (Karl Ravich, I believe) doing the game on ESPN. Of course, I watched it on the NESN feed because they were still licking Yankee ass (seriously, Baker said it tasted "good" and Kruk said he "liked the smell, sort of like Dykstra's jockstrap").

 

It was all-A-Rod. But they were considerably better--or at least different--than Joe morgan and crew.

Nice stuff Beckett. He's DEFINITELY not missing his spots horribly or walking a bunch of guys. Those two things are what tend to get him down. I think he's getting stronger.
