Well, last night was wonderful! Let's hope Schilling can continue his dominance against the weak-hitting Angels, and that the bats' hotness can carry over from last night into today. Carrasco can be a pest from time to time, but the Sox have to be patient and make him work. Let's get 'er done! Go Sox!

I hate the Fox game of the week. I hate it that they blackout other games and that FOX bought rights to every Saturday this season. I never get to watch the Red Sox. Instead I get (drum roll) Seattle vs. Texas.

Huh, the game appears to be on MLB.com. That's wonderful (until they realize my zip code... probably in 20 minutes).

No' date=' they are showing the Fox coverage. I think they've adjusted to the complaints.[/quote']

Again, wonderful. That was my biggest complaint for sure.

It will be nice when Manny's hot shots start finding holes. He's been spanking the ball, but he's been snakebit.

McCarver: "Crisp is unique with the open to closed stance."

Yeah, that's unique. Only about half the league does that.

Did you guys know that major league hitters are good at hitting pitches in the middle of the plate? Where would we be without McCarver to tell us these things?

Wow.

Anyone see B.J. Ryan completely melt down in Toronto?

Doesn't look like we have to worry about them.

Didn't "see" it, but I noticed on Gameday. I have to worry. He's one of my closers. That's twice already this season.

No control. His velocity looked dimished, as well. I know he's in the low 90's, but he didn't touch it once in his appearance.
