Im curious though how Borowski failed his physical in Philly. If it was an arm issue or what

failing a physical does not necessarily mean injury. Most of the time it does, but I think at least we could look into it, and if we find it in our physical, oh well

The thing is the guy didn't even fail his physical so I say go after him. The Phillies were just worried about his shoulder so they didn't bother taking him.
