Ok....here goes:

The NY Post reports that Carl Pavano is rehabbing very hard.

I expect every member of Red Sox Nation to stop laughing about this in approximately 3 weeks.

The best part of the article was the back page, which states:

DON'T LAUGH: PAVANO REHABBING HARD

On another Pavano note, I think the funniest thing I ever heard about him was this:

In honor for the continued service and dedication to the Disabled List, Major League Baseball has officially renamed the 60 Day DL to "The Pavano".

ex: Nick Johnson, who broke his leg in a collison with a teammate, was put on The Pavano retroactive to September 17th.

Pavano... what a tool is all I can say, and mark prior i give one more chance this season if he doesnt stay healthy then hes a never was, but his last injusry was a fluke and nothing to do with his arm he may still be a top notch starter look for him to get shopped this off season and have many interested teams willing to take a chance on him, red sox? not to sure maybe if its a great deal and wouldnt have to give much up it might be worth it.

Is he entering the last year of his contract or something? There must be some reason he actually wants to see the field again..

Unfortunately...no. His contract is over at the end of the 2008 season.

OK heres a question. If a trade was in place where there wasn't much money to have to give up or not much in the form of prospects to give up who would you rather trade for Mark Prior or Carl Pavano? I go with Mark Prior since his last injury was a fluke and not arm related, he is only 26( I believe that's what I read his age was, sorry if it is incorrect). I f Pavano gets healthy and refocused he could have some good years left in him just not in NYY. This is what happens when you take a pitcher who had one good year in a weak division and throw tons of money at him, make him think he's really better then he is, and put him into a way more difficult division, Just some thoughts.
