Definitely. It makes you wonder how things might have been different if August hadn't been so incredibly ugly.

You can't lay this all off on Timlin. He didn't give up all 17 hits. He's the best they got and that's pathetic. Were you asleep as they paraded one steaming heap of dung after another to the mound.

Geeze, the game threads are getting shorter and shorter. You know what they say, it's better to have loved and lost than to have never loved at all. At least we were winning at two points in the game

While I look forward to seeing Manny and Ortiz hit, I cringe at the thought of the putrid pitching. Have fun tomorrow. My advice is to get up and go to the bathroom, the concessions or just about anything when KC is at bat. Come back to your seat when Boston bats.:D

An awful game capped off by Youk getting beat down the line with 2 outs in the 9th. Huge mistake and something they teach you not to let happen in the minors. I'm not forgetting Timlin who put hitters on base with one run lead. More Maalox for Tito.

Youk also botched the bunt allowing the second and third situation. That coupled with his statements about the booing fans and Youk is not having one of his better weeks.
