If We don't get to the Series......

..And I stil lthink we can get there....but if we don't....I would love to see the Tigers there, and even win it.

 

I have always considered the Tiger fans to be, almost, on a par with Sox fans. They are noisy, baseball wise, and have supported that team for a long time, even in the darkest days....

 

It would be great for the Tiger fans to see their team in a World Series and to experience the jubilation that we felt a few years ago....

I agree. I have a lot of family from Detroit who root for the Tigers through thick and thin. Tigers fans deserve one. It was nice listening to David Dombrowski talk about the success the Tigers have had this morning on WEEI.

I dont know if any of you guys heard the Hawk Harrelson interview on EEI a couple of months ago.. but he basically said the white Sox were the best team in the AL and the Tigers were a joke..

I'd be rooting for the Rockies, Angels and Twins...but they might all also miss out on it. I think one of them will get in. If not, I am actually going to root for the Mets.

I'd like to see them get swept out of the first round. The less playoff experience their young players get the better.
