The thing to truly admire about 700 is his consistency. It's quite remarkable. I have no doubt in my mind that if the Yankees were 161-0 and lost on the last day of the season, he'd still post that. He's a lifer. Hat's off to you, 700.

You are very consistent too. No matter what pleasure us Sox fans are deriving from an event in the season, you show up to post about and remind us of any Yankee successes to try and drag us down. I'm not saying you are green and covered with warts, but it wouldn't surprise me to find out you spend a lot of time under a bridge.

Hey I am here almost all of the time. If I drop a line on someone that they don't like, I don't runaway from it. I'll go blow for blow until everyone has had his/her say, and I'm back the next day. Any trolling reference is just unfair and unsupportable.

Edit: And I will always post may trademark: "The Yankees Lose." as long as John Sterling keeps hooting his "The Yankees Win!" Have you got a problem with that?

I'm pretty sure I quoted Optimist, so my response was for her. I've got no problems with you, 700.

Right. Might want to check the meds, because I didn't.

If you had a cold and said that, I might think you were calling her gay.

Yeah but the Yankees still clinch for hell's sake. We gotta watch another year of them in the postseason. But whatever they'll choke like they do every year.

AGAIN!!!!!!!!!

in case you missed it 700, the yankees were holding rookie pitcher tryouts the last 3 days. They can do that because they know the sox will lose every day anway.

I couldn't help but let out a little laugh. I guess having 5 years of no championships means you choke every year...

The fact that they're there enough for people to start thinking that they choke is impressive. You can't win every time you go, but you can go every time. They've pretty much gone every time.

as long as history doesnt remove october 2004 from our memory banks

i think the red sox fan psyche will be strong for eternity

and the international symbol for choking will remain the ny yankee logo

Way to back in, Skankees!

I'd rather back in then not be in at all. What an idiotic post. I don't care if you are joking, it has no need here.

Yeah' date=' beckett sure as pitched well after the red sox were pretty much to officially out of it. Hmm[/quote']So, your point is that Unit's ERA isn't 5 and Beckett's isn't 4.82? When looking at ERA's, do meaningless games get stripped out? That's just stupid. Are you saying that Beckett can't win the big games? I guess you must have forgotten the pain of the enema he adminsitered to the Yankees and their fans in game 6 of the 2003 WS. If you have forgotten, let me remind you that he can win the biggest of games.:D

So you think idiotic posts are fine? I don't care where we are, idiotic posts should not be encouraged.

I guess you forgot this is 3 years later, a different team and a different league. Besides those minor details, he's basically the same right?
