The Pirates left-fielder, a classy and talented guy stuck on a team going nowhere, in addition to moving up to 43 RBI today, behind only Ortiz, Pujols, Thome and Andruw Jones and tied with Lance Berkman, has now homered in five consecutive games, and six of seven. Two of those games have been two-homer games.

 

He also made an error today...but it was his first of the season.

 

 

Thought this was worthy of notice.

This isn't all that surprising considering that last year Bay batted .306 with 32 HR's and 101 RBI's. He is a great player, and certainly one that the Pirates won't consider trading.
