You right click and copy the pic...

 

I usually will email the pic to myself and save it to anywhere on my CPU usually my desktop.. I then open photobucket to upload a pic. Then I copy the URL and post it in the little box that opens up when you click on the pic icon when you reply to a topic?

You can get the url of the pic by right clicking on it at it's webpage, clicking on Properties, and copying the the url. Then paste it between the IMG brackets.
