hahahaha your a comedian man, seriously a comedian. What do people with power want? Nothing but more power. In this case money. You can never have enough money. Why gamble in the first place?? Holy hell, are you serious?? The guy is a greedy lil bitch. He only wants the best of the best, and he never wanted it to end. Pete is still gambling to this day. Maybe not to baseball, but he places money on horse races. You can see him down at the tracks every now and then. And i think i said it before, gambling is nothing like roids, i agree with you there. The reason i brought him up, was because of an attitude problem. I see most people give him more s***, because of his "attitude". Maybe you missed that part.

I don't think Bonds deserves this at all. It's not our place to do this stuff. Let MLB, and congress take care of this. I will agree, roids have destroyed this game. But don't make it worst as an idiot, and throw stuff at the players. You gotta be kidding me. Boo him, w/e, but don't be an ******* and throw stuff on the field. And I know a player that is more of an ******* then Bonds, did something wrong, and still people are trying to get him in the hall of fame.

Bonds will make the hall of fame no matter what s*** MLB digs up on him in their "investigation."

People don't give him mroe s*** because of his "attitude" people give him more s*** because for the last 8 years he's cheated and cheated and cheated and is now about to break the most hallowed record in all of baseball. He's RUINING the game, and as far as my kids are going to be concerned Hank Aaron holds the all time Home Run record no matter what number BOnds finishes with when he hangs up his cleats. He's ruining the game that we all love that's why the fans give him so much more s***.

As far your "The guy is a greedy lil' bitch...you still see him at the tracks" arguement goes. As I said before he si addicted to gambling, it is a psychological disease that peole can get, very much like an alcoholic addicted to beer.

But on second thought your right. He's addicted to gambling so he's a greedy little *******. So are all the alcoholics, god they jsut drink so god damn much when they could just as easily stop. Those chronically depressed people too, what assclowns, we should just kill them for acting so god damn sad all the time. Those cancer patients too, what f***ing batards acting all sick all the time, why don't they just get f***ing better.

His gambling is a psychological problem he can't help himself.

Fans shouldn't be throwing things on the field or at the players, regardless of what they've done.

That guy who held up the huge asterik when Bonds came up had the right idea.

If Pete Rose gets banned for cheating, something significant should happen to Bonds, granted he alreay had a HOFer career before he juiced. Friggin player's union.

This should go in Wikipedia as the definition of Double Standard.

Ha..ur right, idk...it seemed to make sence when i wrote it, idk whats going on with me today

So.......when he walking to his car after the game....can I throw syringes at him, becuase thats not on the field??

I'm sick of players that are *******s, and good or bad, make everyone around them miserable...and yes, that is Sheffield too, I'm not hiding from it

Once again your missing my point. He started gambling, because of money. He wanted MONEY! I don't care if he is, as you like to put it psycholocigally addicted. He started because of money. I don't think he said, o this will be fun. Same with the lottery. People started for a chance to win the big one. Money is the root of all evil... ever heard of that?

Yes you're rigth he started gambling because he wanted money. But then he got plenty of money, no need to gamble right? Any sane person wouldn't gamble a dime of the ammount he had. His compulsive gambling doesn't make him an ******* clearly there is something wrong with him where he just can't stop. It's not about greed, it's about what goes on in his head, the some kind of sick twisted thrill that he gets by putting 100 grand on a horse.

Yea, gambling has nothing to do with him being an *******, he just is. But like i said, I think the reason so many people give Bonds s***, is because of his attitude towards his players, and fans and stuff

Or becuase hes a cheater who has the second most cherished record, and now hes threatening for the first most cherished record(for hitters)

I ain't saying it's worst, not at all. But it seem's like everyone is on bond's ass more then anyone else, because of his personality

it's because he is a blatant cheat who is attempting to basically take a roid-filled piss on the most hallowed stat in baseball and probably all of sports.

Of course for Jesse, everything comes down to race. Apparently I dislike Barry not because 1) he's a blatant cheater, 2) he's the biggest jerk in the world. No it's because he's black, way to go Jesse, we can always count on you to trivialize things. Don't you have an illegitimate kid to take care of???

http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/2006/baseball/mlb/04/04/bonds.jackson.ap/index.html

NEW YORK (AP) -- The Rev. Jesse Jackson says Major League Baseball and San Diego police failed to protect Barry Bonds and should be trying to find out who threw a syringe at him in the Giants' opener.

The object was thrown near the San Francisco slugger as he came off the field following the eighth inning Monday night in San Diego. Bonds picked up the syringe -- about the size of a fat cigar -- and carried it off the field.

"That fan should have been arrested," Jackson said. "That object could have had a needle in it. It could have hit him. The commissioner of baseball must be outspoken in protecting any players whose lives are in jeopardy, whose security is at risk."

The object did not appear to have a needle, and Bonds called it a syringe.

"It appeared to be of the size of something you would use to baste a turkey, and not a syringe per se," Padres chief executive officer Sandy Alderson said.

Jackson, a longtime civil rights leader and former presidential candidate, said Bonds has been treated unfairly by those who accept as fact accusations that he used performance-enhancing drugs.

"For some people, it's about suspicion of drug use because they have no proof. For others, it's a cover for other anger that they have," Jackson said. "For example, the closer Hank Aaron got to Babe Ruth's record, the more violence and hate mail he received.

"You cannot let this thing build to the point of irreversible danger," Jackson added.

Alderson said the Padres were attempting to identify who threw the object but he did not think they were likely to do so.

"There is no indication that he was hit," San Diego Police Department spokesman Dave Cohen said, adding that no arrests were made and police are not investigating. The person who allegedly threw the syringe was gone when police arrived, Cohen said.

Jackson disagreed with the decision not to investigate.

"That's unacceptable," he said. "He deserves another level of security."

Alderson, a former executive vice president for Major League Baseball, said the Padres had prepared extensively for Bonds.

"We had extra security at the field yesterday, both uniformed police officers as well as private security, on field as well as in the stands," he said. "We've taken some additional precautions for tonight that we think will address some of the issues that arose yesterday."

Bonds entered the season with 708 homers, trailing only Ruth (714) and Aaron (755) on the career list. Following the publication of a book that alleged Bonds used performance-enhancing drugs for a five-year period starting in 1998, baseball commissioner Bud Selig picked former Senate Majority Leader George Mitchell last week to investigate steroids use in the sport.

Several fans brought signs to Monday's game critical of Bonds.

"I guess none of this is unexpected," Selig said in Chicago. "I'm saddened by it in the sense that opening day was such a good, positive day. Every game was sold out. It was really a great baseball day. But controversy will spawn with that type of activity, whether I like it or not."

Major League Baseball has had a security official with Bonds since spring training. Kevin Hallinan, baseball's senior vice president for security, plans to be at Dodger Stadium this weekend when the Giants play there.

"I can assure you that baseball is protecting all of its players and it's an important priority to us," Hallinan said.

Peopel give him s*** because he's about to ruin the game not because he's an *******. There are plenty of guys in MLB i can tolerate even thought they are *******s, I give bonds s*** because he is tarnishing the game of baseball.

An 80 year old man doesn't need a gun in his hand. That is what is funny about that, you put a gun in a dieing mans hands shits gonna happen. People who let him do that are dumbasses. And with the Rev. Jackson thing. This f***er, doesn't need to turn this into a racial issue. He needs to keep his fat trap shut, and go worry about something more important.

A dumbass and cheater like Barry Bonds doesn't need to be on the field. What's funny about that, is that people are going to throw syringes at him. You put a player who's the center of the steroids scandal on the field, s***'s gonna happen. People like Bonds are dumbasses. People like that fan are hilarious.

Haha, I so just wrote in your form.

But laughing at Dick Cheney shooting, and possibly killing, his friend is just HILARIOUS right?

But Bonds is the King of dumbasses. He has to the lowest living one of them. Anyone who can't grow a set and take blame to what he has done needs to seriously think about going under a rock and saying there.
