I just want to say welcome back to the returning members. I didn't use the term BH because that's in the past. You have made more effort to join than most other members. So, I welcome you back and encourage you to tell us about yourself and make some posts concerning your opinions and thoughts. I've talked to some of you, and I like most of what you have to say. I takes a while to understand someones humor ( I doubt mine has been understood, actually the general conception is I don't have one ). I'm really looking forward to your posts and interaction. Again, welcome back. The is a resource for support and fun, so enjoy.

I initially did an intro thing but that seems like weeks ago....ha ha!

 

Lifelong Sox fan. Yaz is my all time favorite. Current fav is Manny w/ Tek and Papi a close 2nd/3rd. I'm going to 3 games the last week of Spring Training and to Fenway in May. Watch the games on MLB Xtra Innings via Comcast (all O's and Nationals games are blacked out b/c I'm in their "market" ....yeah real quick drive up to Fenway when the O's are there....puhleeeaase). I'm leaving work early opening day to see the game and taking Patriots day off since the game is at 11am. I also have XM satellite radio to catch ST games and other games.

 

Was a member of the BH forum (shhhhh!) from Aug 04. Looking forward to the rest of my friends being unbanned.

 

I work for an auto ins co, live in Richmond VA and my name is Lynda.

 

Looking forward to getting to know new folks and getting caught up w/ my prior forum buddies.

Ayo I remember that night like a bitch. I was away, at "college tennis expousre camp" at Lehigh University. The nightly activity was minigolfing. Me and my friend were just goofing around on the mini golf course with our friends from New Jersey and Kansas City, and my cell phone started to ring. It was stocker. I thought to myself, oh something mad nasty musta happened. Then he was like "AYO CLEMENT JUST GOT f***ING DRILLED IN THE HEAD" or something like that, but he did not say f***ing. And then I was like, NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO THAT BLOWS. Then these random people were like, hahahah what. And I was like AYO CLEMENT JUST GOT HIT IN THE HEAD. And they started laughing because they were yankee fans and little bitch ass faggots. Chea, I told you I remembered it.

That's an all-time classic (download). But, it's not a human being ( especially a Red Sox All-Star player ), on top of which she went on to say, " I love to see people get hurt " when she was challenged. Sorry, but that's totally unacceptable. You might not like a player, but you can respect them, you certainly wish they don't get hurt.

We hated each other at first, he's a MFY fan but we found common ground. He's a med student and very passionate about baseball. Would get on my nerves like a little brother almost weekly. He lived on the BH forum except when busy w/ school etc.

 

He lashed out big time b/c of his BH friends etc. I was pissed and even hurt when I got banned but dealt w/ it differently. I hope you unban him but it's not up to me and you have to do what you have to do to keep this place as harmonious as it is. bbdoc may disagree w/ people but would have never lashed out like that over your normal baseball talk....he flipped b/c we all got banned....

I have to agree with VA....bbdoc and I have had words to. But like VA said he is a real BB fan and has even helped me out at times.

 

I never disliked him but could get mad at him. We always shook it off and it was no problem. I know if he had known the whole story here he would not have posted as he did.

OK, I finally feel safe enough to express my feel on the situation.

 

First, bbdoc should never be allowed back, even if he wanted to after that thread, thats crossing the line, jumping the cliff, you get my point. And I felt the same way about you guys after that thread. But Yeszir OBVIOUSLY saw it different from me (and a certain other two members) and let you guys back.

 

I was a little puzzled at first, not knowing why, because after the infamous "faggots" thread, I thought for sure Yeszir would see the light and move on from you guys, letting you be on your ways and do your own things. But anyway I digress, I wasn't happy because I had a few personal shots thrown at me from a particular BH member, and that threw me over the cliff, (plus he was persistent, and couldn't understand the word "No") and caused the explosion in the thread. He was back, Y'all were back, but I was scared to say much, for fear of being banned. Anyway, by the way you have been posting (at least Rosey and VA Sox Fan) you seem to be alright. And well, I gotta drop my grudges, and send my apologies to the entire group of BH members, because I was a huge part of your bannings,a nd hopefully we can get along better this time around.

I understand completely MGB. Thanks for letting things go and for the apology. I know it must be hard, you guys are a tight-knit group. Time will tell how we do and I hope we're looked at more as individuals too. I can't imagine a forum w/out ALL my buds....once again...time will tell.
