CHEERS!!

I don't think it was a horrible spot. I do think Cowher challenges that play if there was no PI call. Randle El caught it, came down with control, landed on his back with the ball in the endzone, and then it was stripped out by the defender as he was in his back. Nantz and Simms said they wouldn't get it because it was like the play in the TB/WAS game, but I think it was different since the defender popped the ball loose after he was on the ground.

Cincy is starting to fold like a cheap pop-tent in a gale force storm. Pittsburg takes over the game now.

Going to be one great game should the Pats go to Denver. Can't wait. We finally have some of our guys back too  Although, I'm not looking forward to Mile High Stadium. Although, if we could do it on Monday Night Football 2 years ago, we can do it again. Especially being the Patriots.

HAHA, anyone catch the Sony-HD commercial with the replay of the Cal/Stanford band play done with the old-school vibrating football game. That was rich!

I remember a play like that a few years ago against the Dolphins. Brady threw the ball to like Troy Brown or someone (maybe Branch? I dunno, I forget who...) except that Brady caught the ball for like a 1st down and a 15 yard gain

That has become one of my top 5 favorite football plays ever. That was awesome.

Is Pittsburgh's secondary this good, or is Kitna really that indecisive?

Ballgame. Pittsburg slams the door right here.

EDIT: I missed that one. But, I expected them to just pound it in rather than some more sandlot stuff.

Ok, when it works its a great play, when it doesn't its sandlot. Gotcha.

only down 2 touchdowns. They can come back. Let's go bengals.

Pats next game:

Bengals win- Indy

Steelers win- Broncos

Doesn't matter to me :D We're the Pats, we know how to win in the playoffs with whoever we have, against whoever we play. Also, I'm a strong believer in that you shouldn't care about who you play next or who you would rather beat, because if you're gunna win the Superbowl, you have to beat everyone. You can't beat someone, you shouldn't try to win the Superbowl.

Should be fun, but as it stands (New England vs. Denver), I have to hate you guys for the next week or so.

I'll just throw these stats out there...

2nd best in the league at running the ball.

2nd best in the league at stopping the run.

2nd best in the league for turnover margin.

4th best scoring defense.

Undefeated at home.

28-20.

:D :D :D

Should be fun.

Won 3 of the last 4 Superbowls, 2 of them the past 2 years :D

10 game win streak in the postseason

10-0 record in the post-season (Tom Brady)

10-0 record in the post-season with the Pats, 11-1 overall (Bill Belichick)

10 game winning streak in the postseason, longest ever (Tom Brady)

Tom f***in' Brady

Bill f***in' Belichick

Adam f***in' Vinatieri

Tedy f***in' Bruschi (hopefully )

Although, I would like Matt Light back too.

Heh, See Red,

Of course, regular season stats don't mean much in the post-season. Everyone's 0-0 and the most important game's the next one.

Of course, just like how every failed hit-and-run is moronic and every successful one is genious.

All good things must come to an end.

The last team to have a crack at 3 straight will be the one to end your chance. :D

Should be a hell of a game!

Closer than the last one....I hope. *gulp*

We got owned last time. But you know what they say, "You can beat him (Belichick) once, but you can't beat him twice."

Can't wait. It'll be good to have someone to root against on game day :D
