Also, I don't mean anything malicious by it. But it does ring true to me, and it makes me laugh when I think about it. Same thing with the Shrek thing. Both nicknames have a degree of credibility because of the similarity of their looks to the names. Besides, only the players that hurt a team most get this type of treatment. Nobody is calling Flaherty or Mirabelli anything other than their names.

good win by the Yankees. I'm not going to to give them too much credit cuz its only the D-rays, but based on how we've played agenst them, its a good win. Matsui has got to be one of the best "unsung hero" player I've known of, bvecuase he gets the big hits, but not the ones people see, the homer and the double tonight were great, but were shadowed by Giambis Homer.
