Yeah I just joined up. Its good to see the riverly form the other side and I cant wait for this weekend. On to Ortiz....I know this is sac religious but he might be the most clutch hitter in MLB. Everytime hes up with the game on the line you know hes going to do something. I just saw a replay of that HR on YES and that ball is still going. Just a great ballplayer. I respect certain Red Sox and hes one of them.

best pitching: oh yea its Wakefield getting it done. a complete game with 7 Ks limiting the Angels to just 2 Runs. With his 15th win, has the 3rd most in American League pitching.

 

best offense: Big Papi, something we havent seen, walkoff homerun, by the Angels no less

 

best defense: John Olerud with 3 great defensive plays saving runs, Tony G also saving a run in the 9th

Is it just me or has the Angel bullpen just stunk since that weekend when they played in NY. They blew the lead in every game in both the Saturday game and Sunday game.

theyve had the biggest ERA since the All Star Break, NESN had said. What is more sad, in 2005 Angels Bullpen ERA vs Red Sox is at 6.89!! thats not including Papi's HR
