post 'em here:

They (the sox) will lose no more than 10 games for the rest of the season. Get used to it.

They win, we win, they lose, we lose. The yanks are in deep trouble for making the playoffs.

They hit too damn well - and especially with risp - maybe they will slump one of these years.

move the sox to another park and they are in 3rd place in the east its that simple, that park is what makes them good

hahaha, i love it

If it's the park that makes the Sox so good... why do they have a better road record than the Yankees?

Personally, I like when they talk of the conspiracy against the Yankees. Yes... the MLB has umps purposely screw the Yankees because they want their biggest market, and one of the most popular teams to miss the playoffs.

Wow, those Yankees "fans" are ridiculous. I would post some other quotes, considering there are a plethora of them over there, but I was IP banned because I got in an argument with a good for nothing ignorant fool. Oh well, good riddance.

I lived in Mass. for a few years and can tell you this ball park for the red sox is a hitters park. It has been mentioned on here you just hit the ball and not try to do much or trying to hit the monster will eat you up.

On defense it is a difficult park for the visitors not only for the wall but the odd shape of this park with the corners and centerfield .

You go there you see even Chicago scored a lot of runs.

ughhh, stop complaining

A few things worry me.

Nobody would take a guy like Bill Mueller over ARod, but it's the "Bill Muellers" of the Red Sox lineup that kill us. Bellhorn, Millar, Kapler, Mueller, Grafignino, Mirabelli, Varatek... Well, all the white guys really. Ramirez, Ortiz, Renteria I don't really worry about. It's those other guys who fly under the radar that do the damage.

If Shilling and Falke come back healthy, then their starting rotation is better than ours (by 1).

And probably the biggest worry is Mo vs Boston. Will the real Mo stand up??

not scared of ortiz.....hahahahaahhaahaaaaaaa.

Yeah...that's why we won the WS last year. We were the WILD CARD team and only had home field in the World Series. We won 2 in Anaheim, 1 at Fenway. Then we won 2 at Fenway, and 2 in the Bronx for the ALCS. We also won 2 at The Fens and 2 at Busch. We won more games in the playoffs last year away from home than we did AT home. STOP COMPLAINING. I love how they start to complain about the park only when they're not winning the division.

Yeah, he only rapes them in the postseason as well as spoiling their chances of gaining ground on us :) Not scared of Manny either. Hahahaahhah. At least one of those guys is sensible, that guy that said "They are a good TEAM. Ours is ######" LOL the number signs, whatever. That may be the smartest thing I've read that comes from there, ever. At least that person ain't too biased.

darn it soriano why can't you hit against boston the way you hit against the yankees you were 4 for 15 in boston plus you have no homeruns against boston this year and 5 against the yankees

I could be wrong but I think there's a stupid rule that states that during a double play situation the 2nd baseman or SS don't have to touch the bag, they just have to be in the vacinity of the base.

I could be totally wrong tho, and I'm not tryin to be sarcastic or anything either.

anyone else heard this?

no not at all remember the double play in tampa against the Sox when Manny didnt run to 1st base, but no outs were recorded--no tag was made at 2nd base resulting with the runner from 1st able to make it to 2nd safely

theyre complaining about stadiums again

Yankee Stadium giveth, Yankee Stadium taketh away. Typical short porch HR that's a double everywhere.

Looked like a 4-seam fastball that just didn't do anything.

A's win again, and the red sox are winning, and the curtain is slowing closing on the Yankees season. No matter what we do, we can't control our own destiny at this point.. we need help and those 2 teams don't lose.
