It wouldn't surprise me, but I checked around (mlb/rotoworld/espn) and found no confirmation.

 

That should be interesting in Yankee stadium. Lefties hit better off him than righties do - and it's been that way since he got to Boston.

When they DFA'd him that gave the Sox 10 days to trade or release him. After the ten days are up he was on waivers, if he had cleared waivers then the Sox could have sent him to the minors.
