With Redding pitching, if we don't win this one, the warning flags have to be raised.

This should be an interesting game, although I am not too confident for obvious reasons. I will not post during the game because I know you guys don't like that. Good luck to everyone.

This is the game without pressure on the Yankees to win. Hopefully that will pay off. Does anyone know what kind of stuff Redding has? What does his fastball reach?

Not too much confidence, unless the offense beats the hell out of Wells ( which is doubtful, but may happen). The guys have make Wells work get his pitch count up, get into the Red Sox bull pen. I just hope Redding can give us at least 6, even that I think is too much.

We have a way of making All Stars out of bad pitchers.

I hope this isn't the case tonight.

I heard that Ruben Sierra has tremendous numbers against Wells. Maybe that is someone to watch out for. I think it is nuts that Torre does not field his best lineup against the Red Sox (put Bernie in center instead of Cabrera) because they need to score as many runs as they can especcially with Redding on the mound. Other than that I like the Yankee lineup. Both lineups are pretty similar from last night. I think the majority of the pressure is on the Sox because of the pitching matchup and the fact that if they lose they are down 2-0 in the series with RJ looming on Saturday (not the old dominant RJ but still effective. I really hope this is a quick pitchers duel because I have to wake up early to drive up to Boston for tomorrows game lol.
