hey i state my opinion to send Wells packing

and he tells me to shut up!!

i dont need that crap

im a die hard RedSox fan, i never attacked anybody and he tells me to shut up

yes i will talk back if i am attacked and told to shut up

i dont agree with many things people type here BUT I NEVER TELL THEM TO SHUT UP

this is a posting forum, and WE ALL HAVE DIFFERENT OPINIONS

sizzlin and schilling if you dont like my posts, DONT OPEN MY THREADS

SEND WELLS PACKING!!

Ok, I guess you're gunna whine about it. You didn't even bother to read my post completely. Point out where I said I didn't agree with you, if you can find a place, because I DIDN'T. I never told you to "shut up," nor did I attack you, yet you use my name and assume I attacked you and didn't agree with what you said. I understand how you're angry that he told you to shut up, but firing back never helps. Just drop it man, and lets all be friends.

ok i just was upset that he told me to shut up

i thought it was uncalled for because i would never do that to anyone on any forum

Wells pitching pretty well tonight

i hope we can hold on to this 6-2 lead

GO SOX!

Johnny gave him a quick hook, even though I was nervous as well. I hope this keeps up, he pitched very good tonight. My favorite "stat" was that it took only 3 innings for Mussina to get to 83 pitches and Wells got there in the 8th, good sign in my eyes

Yea, a great sign. This is one of those starts that can turn a pitcher's season around. What if he becomes are ace now? :)

That would be fantsatic! With Schilling out until close to the All-Star break, it would be nice to have two aces (Clement is pitching like one right now) and with our offense clicking, and it looks like our staffs ship turning in the right direction, this could mean great things for the World Champs!

Wow, times are so much easier when we are winning. On Friday I was a little worried that this board was going to explode. I mean, when you stick a good amount of Sox fans from different places with different opinions on how things should be done, and add a sweep at the hands of Toronto (plus blowing game one) things are going to start getting a little tense.

I guess we really will encounter that problem after the All-Star game (hoping all our pitchers stay healthy). I really am hesitant on sending Arroyo to the pen...and if you want to know who I think we should, I say Wakefield. Arroyo has pitched too well to not stay a starter.

OOPS! I didnt mean send him to the pen, I meant send the success to the pen, but it will be hard when we have to encounter that problem, but for now, GO BRONSON AND GOOOOOOOOOOOOOO SOX!!!!!!!!!!! :D

go bronson.

I think the yankee series and particularly the the 17-1 game will be a turning point. There is only one thing I think that need to be tweaked in the line-up--sit down millar and play olerud full time. Fat ass sucks, but today I am so thrilled even that doesnt bother me so much.

If I not mistaken I dont believe bellhorn even struck once last night--there is a God after all

i just take this team too seriously and often lose sleep over them

i have to remember that Wells is a big game pitcher!!

slept well last night

taking 2-3 from the yanks in the bronx!

good stuff!

Ahhh that was good he won and our rotation is looking good with 3 studs and Wakefield has been pitching great too the jury is still out on Miller but this could very well be one of the most sickening rotations in baseball.

wake pitched great the other night, but not so hot afew tmes before that...milleris indeed the wild card and I hope he does better than he did last time next time..which is probably soon.

go bronson...

Wells did pitch very well Sunday against the Yanks. I hope he gets back to himself!

As for Bronson, I know he can do well, you can't be perfect all the time!

Posted
if you guys REALLY want to get rid of Wells we'll take him, for say..Scott Proctor or Jorge DePaula (of coarse we'd be taking that salary off your hands)...we all know how well Boomer pitches with the Yanks (except of coarse Game 5 in Miami bak in 03), and if it doesnt work out in the rotation he can always pitch long relief in the pen...but only if you REALLLY wanna giv him up

Sorry '26 to 6', this thread was started when he wasn't doing so hot, we're fine with him now... we'll leave you with guys such as Kevin "can't beat the worst team in baseball" Brown, Carl "not worth $10M" Pavano, and Randy "only can throw strikes at cameramen" Johnson.

Haha, and then the cameraman was like HEY WELCOME TO NY...I'm still waiting for Yankee fans to boo RJ for his shaky starts. No ones afraid of him anymore. I wonder what he would do if he got booed off the field...would be interesting.
