"After months of speculation, Sox general manager Theo Epstein officially unloaded Kim on Wednesday, dealing him to the Rockies for catcher Charles Johnson and minor league left-hander Chris Narveson.

 

However, Johnson won't play a game for the Red Sox. Upon making the transaction, the Sox designated Johnson for assignment and then released him. Johnson is expected to wind up with the Devil Rays by early next week. "

 

I guess at one time Chris Narveson was a high prospect but injuries have sidelined him.
