good deals indeed. although i would sure love to see bellhorn K less. i just can't imagine how good he'd be w/o all those K's. imagine bellhorn not chasing those rediculous balls for K's or K looking as often? oh well.

great value for all these guys contribute. Bellhorn's coming in knowing he's the everyday man at second, he should match last year's production even if he doesn't cut down on the K's. If he does.... look out.

Arroyo's going to be very valuable to the Sox next year as a swing-man between the bullpen/rotation.

I agree with john ...stop the presses..and with els.i'm not quite sure how he can cut down on his K's maybe Pappa Jack can help him.-it always has been a problem for him, but that OBP more than makes up for it. When he had has other career year with the cubs he had 27 hr's and 144 K's but still an incredile OBP about the same as this year.

I really didnt like the guy for the first part of the season but he grew on me...steady, stoic, dependable, and sometime s pretty damn clutch. Never a word out of him...just plays the game...like that.

He really won the job and I happy for him..

Bronson I love and he hiope he steps up and retains a job as astarter. Another happy guy who just does his job without yapping...he seems to have heart and is steady under pressure. You need guys like this and McCarty, wake, a steady backbone on the bench and int he clubhouse, it's a good day for the sox.

Glad to see these two players back (maybe this shows that we aren't actually trying to form a completely new team)....and especially glad to see that it looks like Bellhorn will get the full-time job at second.

most definately, well he didn't grow on me until after the season was over. imo the worst thing that can happen at the plate is a K. i can see manny and ortiz having over 120 each but s***, 177 times is absolutely atrocious for someone who only has 17 hr's. then again i shouldn't judge how bad or good a person is from his HR to K ratio. bellhorn really needs to cut down the K ratio or i still won't like him.

"Bronson Arroy: $1,950,000 for one year"

They should say they offered him that much for each pitch that doesn't miss Alex Rodriguez, and churn it for publicity.

Sorry, I'm a tad bit anti-social sometimes.
