I say put him down now like a lame horse. If you're looking to save on bullets tie him to wakefield and put one right through both of them

I'm starting to agree with you. I always thought Lowe's inconsistencies were because of shaky infield defense, but it doesn't get much better than Mueller/Cabrera/Reese/Mientkiewicz.

 

I have very little confidence in Lowe at this point.

That's pretty funny...

 

But I wouldn't go tossing Wake on the fire just yet. Yeah, he's unreliable right now, but he's had a history of ups and downs. Right now he's down but he'll come back up. We all know that.

Well I can certainly tell ya that Lowe isnt getting a 3 year, 27 mil offer this year. However, I don't think he has been that bad of late. Sure, Thursday was ugly, but overall he's been decent this year. I'd much rather him than Wake in the playoff rotation.
