The disease Giambi is testing is potential fatal, though fatalties are rare in countries such as this one. If he was in Africa he'd be a dead man.

You think it's possible he picked it up in Japan? I knew that trip was going to cause some problem everyone is going to blame this on that trip if this is what he has.

I doubt it, this disease is picked up through A, Sexual Contact or B, through drinking or eating anything contamined. If he picked it up in Japan we would of known about it sooner.

The parasite is called entamoeba histolytica. It attacks the intestine, which can cause a person to lose weight, and therefore lots of energy.

Brown had the parasite, but they haven't made a big deal out of it. He mostly has just been pitching s***** at the minor league level.
