I think we tell Arizona. Here are the choices: Cutter, dobbins, Oviedo, phillips, evayson and Tolle. pick two plus a non top 40 ptbnl for Marte

I think Bregman is dancing with the cubs

I agree! Duran should probably be in center field for the Mets or Phillies

Casas did not look better than toro/lowe last year.

I think the holdup is the number of years. No one had put 5 years out there. I think the cubs went 4 years.

The writers that put stuff out for clicks are talking about something brewing with the Red Sox. The writers that only put stuff out when they know something are quiet!!!

The Marlins are open for business if we want to hope alcanterra regains his stuff, ragans of the royals and gore of the nationals have been discussed before. king has incredible stuff and gallen could regain his stuff if we want to go the free agent route! I believe our hitters will be better in 2026 than 2025, if they are healthier!! But that hole in the number 2 spot in the rotation is really what is keeping us from being a World Series contender!

To recap, schwarber and Alonso are off the table! Bregman probably signs with the cubs. Seiger and paredes are not moving. Many teams are sniffing around Marte. Sox do not like the bichete price tag! We still have outfielders and young pitching in excess, Maybe Bres-slow needs to try and sign okimoto and trade for that elusive number 2 starter for the rotation!

    Congratulations!!

Me too! Lower walk rate and 4 pitches? That’s all I can think of

I really thought we were in on the Yankees cohen!! But it appears we are trying to trade for Watson!!
  12. Larry Cook
I think Bregman is mulling signing with the cubs!!

My bad!! I know it!! I have a whole staff to do my business research for me. But I am too lazy to do my own baseball research!!

Thank you Baltimore!! I hope Alonso does very well against the Yankees, rays and blue jays and sucks when he plays us!!
  15. Larry Cook
    I meant Phillips

Is baltimore going to take a run at Alonso?? The Mets may or may not have offered 3 years. We offered 4 years. would Baltimore go 5 years???

Desperate Dave has to know, he cannot beat the dodgers or Milwaukee with what he has. More speed at the top of the lineup in a better hitter than realmuto will help get him over the top
  18. Larry Cook
Is bres-slow prepared to give up young pitching for Marte??
  19. Larry Cook
If the Phillies sign imia from Japan, would they be willing to move painter and brohm for Duran???
  20. Larry Cook
I believe Mullins and Mongro will be taken in the rule 5 draft!!!

How does tanner scott feel about this signing??
  22. Larry Cook
Na, Na, Na, Na…… Na, Na,Na,Na.
  23. Larry Cook
Because he showed me last year that he is clearly on the back 9 of his career and heading for the clubhouse as fast as possible!! just looking for a pay day along the way!!!!
  24. Larry Cook
I would do this trade any time any day any week!!!!
  25. Larry Cook
No thank you! Valera has a magical arm!!! You should substitute McNeil
