    yes he was. my brother met him a few years ago. said he was super cool. when he played...the double plays always killed me though. i think he lead the league several times.

    by all means....lets trade Gray, Contreras, Chapman, Duran, etc for a entire farm full of utility players like Seigler. i can't wait to see what kind of garbage Bresbot trades for.

    they want their worst hitter to get the most potential at bats. it's absolutely insane. you don't even do this s*** in little league. seriously, this organization is so f***ed up, it will take years to recover from the incompetence currently in charge of this dumpster fire.

    to sum it up, Arroyo is meh. not terrible, not great.

    i can see why they're divided. i've seen Arroyo play ever single home game that he's played in AA. in person. i'm sorta lukewarm on him. he has Caleb Durbin power (10-15 a year), his bat is averageish, his glove is decent, and slightly better than average speed. he started out at 2B, and still plays there some, but they've had him in LF most recently. he doesn't have the range or arm for SS. most of all, what i have a problem with, is his attitude. he has, hands down, the worst attitude on the entire team. he's just the opposite of his best buddy -Lazaro Montes. Kade Anderson is the one player they have, i'd love to see in a Red Sox uniform. that kid is the real deal.

    i'm still waiting on one of the dozens of shortstops we drafted (because they're the most athletic, can play multiple positions and can be traded for pitching) to materialize. we had so many we traded pitching last winter (Harrison) for an infielder. LOL.

    and about all of our pitchers. no matter how much they baby these guys, they still end up on the IL.

    that's why i don't want to trade him (or Abreu), because they're the only ones contributing to the offense and why i question why Moon wants to get rid of him.
