    It’s hilarious isn’t it? My son is in Elementary school too and wears a sox hat. The other day he told me that a Yankee fan heckled him and said “why are you a Red Sox fan? Yankees are better.” My son simply replied with.. “I like the Red Sox”. This is out in California where both teams are very well represented with fans. I run into Sox fans out here on a regular basis. But the entitlement is outrageous. How can anyone question why that team is hated so much.

    NY papers are writing that the pressure is on the Skanks as opposed the the Red Sox who just happen to be oh you know.. the HOST of the WC game with a nationwide fan base. The reasoning? Because the Yankees always win. This courtesy of the NY Post. Yes folks... “the Yankees always win.” Just in case you need a reminder of what entitlement means. Met fans actually have to deal with trash like this in the same city. Lol.

    Well that’s the idea. He struggled for a while after he got caught cheating but he seems to have regained his command. If he’s on then it could be a long night. Cora needs to prepare the boys.. they need to be patient and at the very least, make him work so he doesn’t have 10 pitch innings. I want to see that pitch count up. Lady Luck couldn’t hurt either.

    I’m sure that I’m gunna be cursing, yelling, smiling, laughing throughout.. while wearing one of my Red Sox hats of course. Currently trying to determine which one will bring us luck. Leaning towards the alt two socks hat. It’s going to be fun and hopefully we send the Yankees packing. Aaron Boone made me sick in 2003. Not going to feel sorry for him. Not even a little bit. That 2003 Red Sox team should have won that series.

    We need to get off to better starts. As entertaining and dramatic as these come from behind wins are, it is quite a task to expect consistent success that way. It would be nice to get to Cole early and put up 3 or 4. Get him shook at Fenway and then Cora can earn his money the rest of the way. He’s proven that he knows what he’s doing and he does it all calmly and collectively. No worries there. Hope this doesn’t come back to bite me.

    I can’t say enough good things about Raffy. He pretty much put this team on his back and said we are NOT losing this game. Verdugo came thru with some big hits too. Not sure if there is any word on Martinez’s status after spraining his ankle..

    Well here we go! We took control of the WC, won it, and we’re rewarded with a big game at Fenway Park. Can’t wait to see Eovaldi & Plawecki play catch.
