    I think the Sox are developing a farm system so that they can have home grown cheap players who can be really good. Casas and Mayer are going to be stars soon. They have some other good players too in the minors. Hopefully, some are pitchers.

    I think it’s clear that the Sox whiffed by giving Barnes that extension. He just doesn’t have the kahunas to pitch in tight spots.

    Robles was a very good under the radar signing by Chaim. He has electric stuff. He has been really good since they got him last year.

    The prospect the Red Sox got from the Yankees in the Ottovino trade, Frank German, is 3-0 with a 0.00 ERA with 13 k's in 7 innings for Portland. Yankees gave the Sox Whitlock by not protecting him. Have to love it.
