  1. Don't know how many games this SOX team will win this year, but ya gotta love the enthusiasm of this team. Also, it's obvious that VAZ, thru hard work, has made himself into a top-shelf hitter.
  2. He's made a career of it.
  3. That would be the BRUINS as of late, except for yesterday.
  4. Interesting that I'm listening to a cd by a group named DEAD CAN DANCE. My question relates to can the dead hit? Apparently not.
  5. Off topic: Just wanted to send kudos out to Josh Donaldson for speaking out about the umpiring in MLB as being pathetic and free of accountability. IOW, pretty much what I and other posters on this forum have been saying for the last few years. Will his speaking out change anything? Yup, it will reduce the amount of cash in his pocket after the fine, but, as for improving the umpiring; not a chance.
  6. Hopefully, he'll be under the care of Nurse Ratched. She'll have him cured in no time.
  7. It just came to me about why JD is struggling this year. It's so obvious it was hidden. The reason is that there's no Brock Holt in the dugout for JD to hug and dance with after a HR. Case solved!
  8. JD whacked the hell out of that hanging knuckler.
  9. Uplifting job by Bra Man.
  10. No sweat. JBJ would have caught him.
  11. It appears a cardboard cutout came to life. "It's alive!"
  12. The SOX put a big dent in "Little Pedro's" ERA.
  13. I believe Houck is a future starter, not reliever.
  14. Should have won 2 of 3. Should've, could've, would've.
  15. Verdugo, Arroyo, Dalbec, Perez, and Houck. Some new faces that provide some hope for next season.
  16. Simpleton had nothing going for him; he wasn't even a Yankem.
  17. Bec, Bec, Bec, it's way gone.
  18. I'll give the YES network credit. When Ken Simpleton left the booth, I didn't believe they could find another announcer as boring and stupid. I was wrong; Paul O'Neil checks off both boxes.
  19. The Yankems were definitely Houcked. Unfortunately, the SOX don't have a 'lined and sinkered' in the BP.
  20. So far the SOX starting staff going forward is Perez and Houck. Although with Houck it is a SSS. However, I like that he throws nothing straight.
  21. He was no-hitting the Yankems, but it's something one doesn't bring up while it's happening.
