    I'm pretty sure the SOX will pass Tampa, but, yes, passing a second team will not be easy, but not impossible. I was rooting for the Yankems to beat the A's earlier today. Rooting for the Yankems is not easy for me to do and I sure don't want to make it a habit. Sometimes one has to things he/she doesn't like for the greater good.

    Interesting stat on the LA feed. Betts leads the AL in number of hard hit balls to the outfield with 142. Devers is third and Trout is 5th.

    There is absolutely no reason to platoon Brock at 2nd.

    Brockstar may be having his best season as a SOX. Let him continue to play 2nd until the SOX are mathematically eliminated. Which I hope doesn't happen.

    As a team the SOX pitching is ranked at 18th in the league with an ERA of 4.66. Of the teams ranked 19-30 only the Brewers at 4.71 and ranked 20th are playing over .500 ball (68-66).
