I've been hearing lately that the Rays, who lost their #1 pitcher, are definitely interested and they do have the prospects. If we can't get him, I just hope it isn't an AL East team other than the O's.

Probably, but as usual the top SOX prospects are non-pitchers. Look, I'm just saying that this season could still be considered a rebuilding year with no chance of reaching the WS with the starters the SOX currently have, or the SOX can do something to improve the odds and try to make a run for it. Scherzer is still an ACE pitcher.

I was thinking how Devers' at bats today reminded me of JBJ. The big difference is that Devers will be back on track in a day or two, where JBJ might take two months.
