    Old Red has a personal dislike for Schwarber and nothing Schwarber will do will change that. Imho, Schwarber did more for the SOX than Rizzo did for the Yankems.

    Timing is everything and the SOX picked the right time to become mashers.

    I have no idea what the future holds for Schwarber, but it would be to his advantage to practice playing 1st base during the off season. If the SOX re-signed him with this in mind, I'd rather have Schwarber playing 1st than Bobby Dee.

    The last quality starter developed thru the SOX farm was Buchholz. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

    It's a no-brainer. This is the game the SOX have to win, and this is the game you want your best pitcher starting.

    Actually, McHugh is one of the Rays' best relievers. Wisler, he pretty much had nothing on Friday.

    The SOX may not have the best starting pitching, the best BP, the best defense, but what they have had most of this season is fight.
