    Since this downward spiral began about 11 games ago, the only facet of the SOX game that has improved is the defense. Btw, the SOX starters' ERA over the last 11 games is 8.40. I actually thought it might have been higher.

    Getting the feed from Toronto and just learned something unsurprising. Bobby Dee with a strike out rate of 35% leads MLB.

    Some here see the glass half full, some here see the glass half empty. I'm guessing the half full crowd is drinking alcohol, where the half empty crowd is drinking non-alcohol.

    My 'blind squirrel' prediction failed miserably. Cordero will never find any nuts. He probably would be more successful selling nuts in the stands.

    The way EO has been pitching of late, when I post the SOX starting staff sucks, I can leave out 'except EO.'

    Whitlock is being coddled as if he was made of porcelain. We know Arroyo is made of porcelain.

    Homer Simpson makes everything interesting. But, seriously, the days of mojo and magic are over. Someone posted a couple of weeks ago that there was no such thing as mojo and magic, but, personally, I couldn't come up with any better reasons that the SOX were in 1st place.

    The SOX don't have the monopoly on bad pitching. It's spread all over MLB. Hopefully, there will be more expansion so I can see more bad pitching.
