  1. Yes they did. 2018 the best team in baseball during the regular season won it all. That doesn't always happen. Btw, an amazing fact regarding the SOX. Their won/lost record in their last 4 WS wins is 16-3. Think about that, and if it wasn't for an error in the LA series, they would be 16-2. F'ing incredible.
  2. That's pretty much how I see it. I believe you meant Wednesday.
  3. 2 days rest after pitching 5 innings, but depending on the circumstances tomorrow, I could possibly see him pitch one inning. SOX having a slim lead after 7, Houck pitches the 8th to set up Whitlock.
  4. Yup, the SOX would be up 2 games to one. Oh, wait.
  5. Good job, Thunder. Your granddad would have loved this game.
  6. You do realize that Cora was part of the cheating. Don't want to be hypocritical.
  7. I think you can save your prayer.
  8. If the ball had hit Renfroe while it was in the air and went over the fence, it would be ruled a HR. This would be similar in regards to a ground rule double.
  9. I think the only way Houck pitches tomorrow is if the SOX have a slim lead after seven and Houck pitches the 8th to set up Whitlock.
  10. MAX, if Cora could do that, I can't be dead wrong
  11. But knowing how Cora operates, I wouldn't be surprised if he goes with Sale. But ending it tomorrow will end any surprises in game 5.
  12. 2 days rest? That may be the reason.
  13. Well, at least, it will make the media forget about the stealing of home.
  14. Hopefully, the SOX can end this tomorrow, but if it does go 5, Houck will be availabe to start.
  15. I was thinking the same thing after the ruling.
  16. Lots of weird shite happened tonight.
  17. You may see that happen again in about 50 years.
  18. Similar to game 6 in '75. And the catcher in both games hit the walk-off.
  19. Games like this make baseball, imho, the best of all pro sports. And, thankfully, the 'ghost' runner was not used in the PO's. Hopefully, that stupid rule will be gone next season, but I doubt it.
  20. Renfroe may have made his best 'defensive' play of the season.
  21. The Rays have to be pissed. Hopefully, that will screw them up tomorrow.
  22. I'm guessing E-rod starts tomorrow. I really can't see anyone else.
  23. Pivetta was the hero of this game, just like Houck was the hero of Friday's game.
  24. That's for all you VAZ haters!
  25. Do you mean offensively or defensively? He hurts us both ways.
