So with no blank check, not willing to part with any top prospects, leaves making any significant trade impossible. Like I posted earlier, I'm surprised the SOX even got Schwarber for a single A pitcher. If Schwarber wasn't on the IL, the SOX probably wouldn't have gotten him either.
