  1. JD's definitely treating this as a non-contract year.
  2. When you pick up pitchers at Good Will, there's a warning sticker attached that reads "do not use in high pressure situations."
  3. Bette Davis never even looked at 2nd base.
  4. Based on this guy's ERA, it's more like SOX batters are facing Loretta Young.
  5. The SOX continue with their unequaled ability to leave runners in scoring position.
  6. After the game it's Alex Cora's 'state of the SOX.' Spoiler Alert: The state of the SOX is Massachusetts.
  7. I was just thinking that Cleveland has had a few good hitters with the last name Ramirez.
  8. Tyler, you've got to either mount a TV in your bathroom or become a vegan.
  9. No doubt about Papelbon, but I believe when the discussion is about the SOX lack of developing pitchers, it's centered around starters.
  10. Richards pitched 3 innings Thursday night, so I'm hoping he can give the SOX at least one inning today. I agree this would be another good day for the SOX to put up some crooked numbers.
  11. I'm guessing that taking better routes to the ball is more coachable than getting a good jump on the ball.
  12. E.Morgan 2-6 5.98ERA vs T.Houck 0-3 3.63ERA Getting five from Tanner and keeping Cleveland's runs low would give the SOX a great chance of winning four in a row. Go SOX!
  13. At his age no team is going to offer JD a long term contract and no team is going to pay him 19 million dollars for one year, so I'd bet my house he'll be back next season. Damn, if only the SOX had signed him for four years. If the SOX do trade JD, they'd have to eat half his salary. However, this would be nothing new for the SOX FO.
  14. The O's peaked on April 4th and it's been downhill ever since.
  15. Yankems beat MLB's embarrassment.
  16. With 2 outs, a runner on 3rd and 1st and 2nd empty and the score tied, the O's manager decides to pitch to the Yankems' best hitter. Luckily. Judge did ground out. It's decisions like that which help explain one of the reasons the O's suck so bad.
  17. Gallo getting booed in Yankem Park. Don't they realize he's Italian?
  18. It's refreshing to see the other team have more runners LOB than the SOX.
  19. Aw s***. So much for no drama.
