    Just responding to the post that Casas would platoon with Hosmer. I agree, there's no rush. However, the SOX are in need of a DH.

    With JD gone next season and most likely Bogey, there's no excuse for the SOX FO not to be very aggressive in going after Trey Turner this off season.

    Hosmer and Casas are both LH batters.

    Based on won/lost records, the Pirates are only the 4th worst team in MLB.

    When Story returns, is it at all possible that Arroyo becomes the DH? I doubt it, knowing Cora, but I wish it would happen.

    Dugo has the SOX highest BA since May 1st. I would not be surprised if he finishes the season with the SOX highest BA.

    Last night the SOX offense proved they can score runs off of an injured pitcher. The starter for the Pirates tonight doesn't appear to be injured, so it will probably be more difficult for the SOX offense? to score.

    The 'machine' broke down in KC today, but nothing some routine maintenance can't fix.

    DEVERS DEliVERS! Been awhile. He's the difference maker in this line-up. Any chance the SOX have will be on his shoulders the rest of the way.

    Most managers would juggle the line-up around to maybe shake up the offense, but, unfortunately, the SOX manager is a genius.

    What will make Trey a tough acquisition is that most GM's feel the same way.

    As most of you already know, Trey Turner is a FA after this season. Bloom, with JH's permission of course, should make a serious attempt to sign him. He's on a one-year 21 mil contract right now with LA. I'd take Turner over Bogey in a NY minute.
