  1. Crochet a LH pitching half his games at Fenway, IMHO, puts him above Skubal at this point in the season.
  2. Masa has already batted .286 in each of his first two seasons. Anyone here think Campbell will ever bat .286 or higher?
  3. Crochet has given up a hit in the 1st inning of many games immediately removing the drama of a potential no-no.
  4. Clemens even threw his wife under the bus. What a lowlife. It's fitting that he and the other lowlife Boggs became members of the Yankems.
  5. Bonds, Sosa, A-rod and Clemens were also a major part of Roid royalty.
  6. No HR will ever top the one where the long fly ball bounced off the top of Canseco's head and went over the fence.
  7. I agree part of it was a salary dump. It was also a diva dump. Most teams don't want a player who puts the name on the back of his jersey above the name on the front. Toxic.
  8. Btw, at this point in the season Story has gone from the outhouse to the penthouse offensively. He's always been good defensively.
  9. Good win. I notice the NESN booth doesn't seem to mention LOBsters when the Sox are leading. If the Sox aren't leading MLB in LOB, it isn't because of lack of trying.
  10. If the Dodgers hadn't taken Agon, Beckett, Crawford, there probably wouldn't have been a 2013 championship.
  11. Phillies FO is probably hoping he can be effective for them in the PO's like he was for the Dodgers. No pitcher in recent history has gotten more mileage just for his performance in the PO's, while his regular season before the PO's was completely ignored. Oh well, win some, lose some.
  12. True, but he's expected to start for the Phillies quite soon. He's also PO eligible.
