Max, he's not ready for the big show yet. His secondary pitches are a mess.
-
Seattle lost today. Thank goodness the AL is weak except for Toronto. The Jays' Achilles Heel is their BP.
-
Never liked him. Always thought he was two sandwiches short of a picnic.
-
Last two runners in scoring position for the Sox were their two slowest runners. Bad timing.
-
He's a bum.
-
E-rod 5.42ERA. 1.62WHIP A good reason Arizona is not a contender.
-
For sure.
-
3rd base ump is legally blind
-
Issue with Tolle is he was taken out of the oven too early thru no fault of his own.
-
I worth mentioned it earlier.
-
Tolle wouldn't even have to be in this position if it wasn't for the Sox having so many fragile pitchers. Keep losing Seattle.
-
Tolle not fooling too many Arizona batters and no he is not 'baby beast.' Maybe someday.
-
I'd love to see the Sox knock this dumb azz off the mound. However, the offense will probably disappoint me again.
-
Not sure Tolle can shut down Arizona with a one pitch menu.
-
For sure.
-
Because of the Sox inconsistent offense, I don't think it matters what shape the opposing pitching may be in.
-
Arizona has a very good offense(# 5 in HR's and OPS)and not so good pitching (4.45 ERA).
-
After taking 2 of 3 from the Sox, the Pirates next swept 3 games from the Dodgers, who seem to have misplaced their bats. And yes, Virginia, Skenes is the best pitcher in MLB at this point of the season.

Two quad injuries over the last few years may discourage teams from offering a long term contract. -
I believe he had full intention to go to LA because besides the contract LA would offer, he would also make more money doing promotions there than he would in Boston. And as we all know regarding pro sports it's mostly always about the money.

Because I love music more than baseball, Happy birthday to Al Stewart(1945) and Loudon Wainwright III(1946). Both excellent singer/songwriters.
-
I don't know why he has Mookie as part of his moniker. Mookie did not and will not retire as a Red Sox. Btw, Mookie wasn't a victim; he was just a mercenary, who had no intention of re-signing with the Sox. Fk Betts.

Mayer was playing good defense, Campbell was not. Hate to ruin your short stories with facts. If your novelettes are intended to be fiction, I apologize.
-
Emotionally harming the fan base should require a large monetary punishment. I know that I've been psychologically damaged viewing him in a Sox uniform. I want repairations.

Good point.
