Actually, they're a few miles short of a better hitting team.

I just looked up 'what is it called when you continue to watch something that is terrible?' The answer I got was 'a guilty pleasure.' I was relieved, because I was worried it was some type of mental disorder.

Note to Sox starters: Once you've given up 2 runs, take yourself out of the game. No point in putting your arm in danger for no reason.

Tampa hasn't been winning much lately because they haven't been scoring many runs. Well, lucky for them, they're playing against a team that doesn't require them to score many runs to win.

Otoh, owning a Durbin jersey could be worth some money in a few years because they'll be so rare. Kind of like the butcher's cover on that Beatles' album.

Except that giving up 2 runs on this anemic offensive team is the same as giving up 4 runs on a team that actually has a MLB line-up.
