  1. Yankems should consider that Severino has a tired arm and put his ass on the DL.
  2. I don't remember so many muscle injuries prior to having weight rooms available. No muscles, no muscle injuries.
  3. Pretty soon this SOX team is going to be the Abbott & Costello bit; Who's On First?
  4. Man, is there an injury epidemic on this SOX team?UNBELIEVABLE!
  5. Like I posted earlier; conehead thought that high inside pitch was great. Just consider yourself lucky you get the game on NESN.
  6. Nunez appears to be 100% health wise.
  7. Kinsler also provides stolen bases. Great pick-up by DD.
  8. Pearce has a history of doing well against the Yankems. Has anyone mentioned what a great pick-up he's been?
  9. The Yankem booth is a bunch of whiny liitle bitches.
  10. These HP umps really suck. Cone head said it was a great pitch. Go get him, Cora.
  11. Nice inning for POR. Hitting penis head made it even better.
  12. Kinsler is Pedey's double.
  13. One more positive about tonight's win; the SOX didn't have to use Kimbrel. He should be well rested.
  14. I'm sure he'll be back. Magic only lasts so long.
  15. Considering Sale didn't start, considering the SOX have had trouble with Sabathia, and considering the SOX were down 4 runs before SoxHop could even get a beer, this was a truly great win. One of the best of the season. Brian Johnson has been a light in an injured tunnel.
  16. According to our Yankem representative it was the ump that done it.
  17. Theeeeeeeeeeee Yankems lose.
  18. Agreed. That's why I posted you can't blame Betts. It's a business called "Show me the money."
  19. There's few things more enjoyable than listening to the Yankems' booth when they're getting pounded. Especially, when they were so happy earlier in the game.
  20. More negative than our game thread? We must be slipping.
  21. Just heard that today the SOX FO told Betts they wanted him to play his entire career here and offered him a long term contract. Betts said thanks, but no thanks, he'll go year to year. Sad, that's it's always about the money, even when the money offered is in the multi-millions. Can't blame Betts, when it was the owners who made all these obscene contracts possible. I've said this before and I'll say it again; Charlie Finley was the smartest owner in the history of baseball. He saw the future and said "see ya."
  22. A few years ago I posted a big THANK YOU to the Dodgers' organization for cleaning up the mess here in Boston. Now I want to post a big THANK YOU to both the Toronto and LA Angels' organizations.
  23. Anyway, with Mitch having the sore knee, it's a win-win going with Pearce.
  24. Cora's the manager, but I believe it doesn't take a genius to keep a hot hitter in the line-up. And maybe Cora will. Or he won't.
