    Just curious; having used those strong words to describe the SOX line-up, how would you describe the Twins' line-up?

    During his at bat Moreland swung and missed at a high pitch. He turned and asked the ump if it was a strike. I'm sure the blind ump told him "your guess is as good as mine."

    Nunez continues to impress Cora but no one else.

    It's good that JD played for Detroit, because one can see a lot of Cabrera and V.Martinez in JD's approach at the plate. That deep breath that JD takes is straight from the V.Martinez hand book.

    I did my civic duty earlier by voting for ASG players. I voted for 3 SOX players; the obvious 2 plus Beni. And continuing my tradition, I voted for no Yankems.

    I've noticed other teams have made a big rush to sign Hanley, even though he's almost free.

    Juan hit his 1st major league homer while still in the minors. He got brought up on May 19th.

    Wouldn't it be more realistic for the SOX to go after Britton than going after Machado?

    The Nats have a 19 year old phenom named Soto, who just hit a 2 run blast against the Yankems to take the lead going into the 7th in a continued game from MAY. The SOX could pick up a full game against the Yankems while not playing tonight.

    It should be interesting what these 4 teams do before the July 31st trade deadline.

    At this point in the season the SOX have played the other 3 top teams in the AL a total of 14 games. They're record is 7-7. The SOX will play both the Astros and the Mariners 3 more times each at Fenway. The SOX will end the season with a 3 game home stand with the Yankems.

    Funny, but not really surprising, no team has gone after Hanley, so far. They would get him for the league minimum.

    I think the SOX will have 4 players going to the All Star game. Betts, JD, Sale, and Kimbrel.
