    I'm guessing that 90% of JD's strike outs are on pitches low and way outside.He just can't lay off that pitch and I'm thinking all the ML pitchers are now aware of that.

    One's so-so pitching might be described as excellent pitching by another, who is more objective.

    Has everyone on the SOX stopped hitting in the last 15 innings or has Tampa's pitching just been that good. I tend to believe it's the Rays' pitching. That last guy Alvarado was just plain nasty.

    Losing one of three to the Rays isn't as bad as losing to the s*** teams I posted earlier. Plus, this game isn't over yet.

    If one looks at Tampa's won/lost record and then one looks at their offense; it has to be their pitching and defense that keeps them near .500.

    Beeks won't be the 1st player to excel in a small market environment. Although, to be honest, I'd rather the SOX had traded POM than Beeks. I believe that's called an understatement, signed Captain Obvious.

    The Jays, like the O's, the Royals, the White Sox, the Tigers, are s*** teams that good teams should beat on a regular basis.

    Well, sometimes one has to tip one's cap to the opposition's offense. or lack there of.

    Main goal of baseball game: Score more runs than opposition. How a team does that is immaterial.
