    What the SOX have done this year, and done very well, is beat the bad teams in the league. They've been much more successful at it than any other contending team in the league.

    Eovaldi made a good 1st impression on joining the SOX, which weakens the old saying "always go with your 1st impression."

    Nope, didn't say that. The SOX are a very good team; just not 50 games over .500 good.

    Fact: Cleveland is better than a 20 game over .500 team. Fact: SOX are worse than a 50 game over .500 team. When the Season's over, the SOX will have the better record, but it won't be near as big a margin as it is now.

    Cleveland appears to be as good an all around team as the SOX, yet the SOX are 5O games over .500 and the tribe is 20 games over .500. Is Cora that better a manager than Tito? However, the Guardians may be warming up at the right time of the season. Hopefully, a word used too often, the SOX don't see them in the playoffs.
