  1. Blame Sandy for being a s*** batter, but this is strictly on Sale.
  2. Btw, MONEYBALL was one of the better sports movies.
  3. Witches seem to have those type of hands.
  4. Johnny Bench may have had the largest hands in baseball history.
  5. Pedro has large hands and I believe his fingers are double-jointed.
  6. Having large hands is a plus in playing any sport, except soccer, unless you're the goalie.
  7. Billy Beane is a baseball genius. Hell, they made a movie about him. Didn't make no damn movie about Theo.
  8. That wasn't 97; that was a HR derby pitch.
  9. That might as well have been put on a tee. Romine for god's sake.
  10. No outfielder in MLB gets a better jump on the ball than JBJ. I don't think that can be taught.
  11. My nick name for Mitch will be Happy Feet.
  12. German's ERA is over 4, so he's definitely not Bob Gibson.
  13. I'm actually not going to mute these clowns tonight. I've got to exercise my pain tolerance.
  14. The prediction that German would be nervous appears to be wrong.
  15. Fat s*** calling balls and strikes not only can't see his toes, he can't see home plate.
  16. I doubt Toronto wanted Stroman going to a team in their own division. It would have cost the SOX and the Yankems a lot more than what the Mets put up.
  17. Barnes s/b available tonight. I'm not certain about Workman.
  18. What does Boone do with Yankem starters? He yanks 'em.
  19. Bauer, a starter who apparently is in the trade market, had a pitching line today of 4.1 innings and 8 runs. A good fit for the Yankems.
  20. For those who like this stuff the SOX are the 1st team to go over 600 runs and 1000 hits this season.
  21. You've got to set your hope standards higher.
