The Yankems have given up 19 runs twice in the last couple of weeks. Mercy!

Here's my idea of the 'mercy rule.' If the O's are leading in a game after 7 innings, the game should be ended and the O's get the win.

One thing good about playing for the O's, the players can schedule anything in October and know there will be no reason to cancel.

I do feel a little sorry for Mancini. He's a dirt dog and deserves to be on a better team. The O's have proven they are not interested in being competitive, so do Mancini a favor and trade him.

YAZ, I'd like to recommend a novel for you to read. It's called BOY'S LIFE by Robert McCammon. It's long, over 600 pages, but you'll be hooked, I'm certain, after the 1st chapter.

Now that Beni appears to have his mechanics down pat, I doubt very much there's a better 1-5 in MLB. I also wonder how many HR's JD would have if he played half his games in Yankem sandbox?

Knowing Owings isn't much of a hitter, you have to assume he's a very good glove.

The PH's for the SOX have been productive as hell this year.

True. Never use the word 'better' when referring to the O's.

Another reason the Yankems are way ahead of the SOX this year is that they destroy bad pitching much more than the SOX do.
