  1. If the Sox are 11th in team BA and 29th in runs scored, what does that tell you?
  2. With the starting pitching starting to regress and the offense still a pathetic mess, this Sox team could arguably be the worst in MLB.
  3. With an 0-30 record when behind by 3 runs you're correct when you say the game was unwinnable.
  4. I checked the Internet and discovered that there's a measurement for suckage. It's called Pascals I believe the Sox would have a high amount of Pascals.
  5. With Early and Tolle beginning to regress, the Sox season can only get worse. Yes, Virginia, there is a cellar under the basement.
  6. 0-30 when trailing by 3 runs or more. Do you realize how difficult that is to do?
  7. Watson still making a case for the ASG. Probably as a pitcher in the HR Derby.
  8. The Sox may be last in HR's, but when they do hit them, they're usually solo.
  9. Getting the leadoff man on hasn't ended well for the Sox. The reason this Sox offense isn't more consistent in scoring a respectable amount of runs is that most in this line-up aren't good hitters. Sometimes the answer is that simple.
  10. Watching the Sox is almost as boring as watching soccer. The only way I'd watch soccer is they'd have to perform a Clockwork Orange on me.
  11. Fun fact: Another post war fact. In the 4 WS the Sox were in prior to 2004 they had a record of 12-16. All 4 losses went 7 games. In the 4 WS wins from 2004 to the present the SOX have a record of 16-3.
  12. Fun fact: The 1950 Red Sox scored 1,027 runs in 154 games. They finished 4 games behind the Yankems. That's the most runs put up by a team in post war MLB . The 1931 Yankems scored 1,067 runs.
  13. Toronto struggling after being in WS the previous season. Can you imagine any team that struggled after being in the WS the previous season?
