We had a catcher who was good defensively, but couldn't hit. He's been replaced by a good defensive catcher who can't hit. So it was an even trade, except for the other 4 prospects that the Sox threw in.

A catcher wasn't a priority. What Brez traded, not including Narvaez, for Rutschman could have landed the Sox a decent starter.

As much as I love CCR they're actually from the Berkeley area of California, so I would argue whether they qualify as Southern rock.

Speaking of Jennifers, Famous Blue Raincoat by Jennifer Warnes is an excellent album of her covering Cohen songs. Many consider it the best cover album ever.
