I blew my ankle out 4 weeks ago playing ball with my son, and still can barely walk right. Just a sprain, but it's still black and blue 4 weeks later.

Could have easily twisted it landing just over those stairs. Could have caught it on the last stair, then landing hard on the ground after that? Not good!
