    To make this very clear , I want Kimbrel to be the closer. I have nothing against him. I also think he is not a 100%. But can still pitch and help the team out. He is a DIRTDOG.

    Agree. With the Kimbrel injury and Koji going down as well, Barnes has had more of a larger role. The pressure has been on him a lot. I like him, but he's been trick or treat. jmo that's all.

    I don't think so. Barnes, doesn't throw enough strikes for me. As for Kimbrel being lights out with the Red Sox I need to see more. He was until he injured that knee shagging fly balls. If he is not lights out, he is pretty close to it. I think he can give us more of a 15 pitch nail it down type of finish, instead of the sweat out save stuff. Not all the times...some

    Price needs to pitch good and set the tone. These games to me are two game swing games. Not only with Toronto winning today, but with the early game @ DET on Thursday. This is what they got Price for, is games sort of like this.

    I was wrong. I would have left Mookie in the lead off spot. I was wrong. But no way he ever leads off again.. Plus to get H.R back soon to hit behind Ortiz will be a plus as well. Mookie has gone off. He's the next face of the team. The thing that caught my eye , was when the O's third base coach held a runner up , because of MB's cannon arm, that was on rep. It wasn't a great throw. But him being Mookie helped him out.

    If he came here, he split the 7th with Taz. To give him a rest. My problem is, Pap's is not the same pitcher anymore, but like everybody is saying, you have nothing to lose... Screw it . Go sign him.

    Ever since Hembree gave up the tying homerun, to I think it was Juan En, in that the game in Toronto , he has been sinking. They did win the game with CB coming out of the pen. But Farrell has lost faith in him. His numbers look better than what they are.

    None. But how will he be like coming back here. He had plenty of issues in the PHI/Was, clubhouse's. I heard on Sports radio WEEI, the big issue was his political stance. His backing of Trump, talking about it everyday in the clubhouse. I don't care if he signs or not. Still think he signs with Cubs anyway. I also heard that Farrell did not speak to Pap yesterday. They spoke to his agent. This time of year, you hear so many things.. Who knows what's true... Do I want Pap? Yes? But on a short leash. A very short one.
